Chef de Partie Ideal Profile :

Experience working in high-end or fine dining kitchens

A passion for precise, elegant, and seasonal cookery

Confidence running your own section with minimal supervision

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment

Keen to contribute ideas and constantly develop your skillset

A collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Chef de Partie Responsibilities :

Managing and preparing your designated section to the highest standards

Supporting the senior team in delivering a seamless service

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across all areas of the kitchen

Ensuring all food is prepared in line with company standards and hygiene protocols

Assisting in the development of new dishes and menus

Taking responsibility for stock rotation and quality control
