What are we looking for in the successful Sous Chef?

Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy fresh food kitchen - this could be as sous or head chef - this does not suit a CDP stepping upA positive 'can-do' attitude coupled with drive and enthusiasm to be the best you can beA passion for food and cooking that is infectious, inspiring others to improveSomeone who is willing to be flexible and think outside the box to problem solve
