This family-oriented approach translates into the exceptional quality of care delivered across their services, including elderly care homes, specialist dementia units, mental health facilities, and more.We are currently seeking a Home Manager for a Specialist Care Home which is modern and innovative care service that looks to implement high-quality care techniques that are of benefit to elderly people with care needs, including dementia and mobility issues, and for others needing rehabilitation.Essential Requirements :

  • Qualified Nurse with an active NMC pin.
  • Proven experience managing a service of a similar size and client group.
  • Experience in overseeing a nursing service.
  • Registered with the CQC.
  • Caring and compassionate leader with a proven ability to inspire and manage a team.Responsibilities
  • To utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care
  • To become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users.
  • To manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy.
  • To provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users.
  • To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the CQC for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and NMC guidelines.Why Join Us? Benefits Include :
