So who are we looking for?

We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to join our team in Harrogate.

For our Store Managers passion and personality are key. You need to be the sort of person who can deliver against ambitious KPIs in a challenging retail environment. Who demonstrates commerciality and drive for excellent standards, and an eagerness to learn and be stretched daily.

You’ll be experienced in inventory management and stock control, developing business relationships and driving career progression for people within your team. A natural instinct to share and develop knowledge will put you in a great position to be the best you can be upon joining us and to top it off - we’re looking for someone who has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, proud to be a retail leader and someone who really wants to make a difference in their career.

Being a retail business, we require all employees to work flexibly. Here at Sally we work Monday to Sunday on a rota basis which you will be notified of two weeks in advance. You may also be required to work at another location (Within reasonable travelling distance). If flexibility cannot be met, we are unable to process your application further.

You must also be over 18 years old due to the products we sell.
