Creative KS1 Class Teacher – Specialist School in Greenwich Position : KS1 Class Teacher Location : Greenwich Contract : Full-time, Permanent Are you a passionate and creative teacher with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

Our specialist school in Greenwich is looking for a dedicated KS1 Class Teacher to work with young learners in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Role Overview : As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging and personalized lesson plans to support students with a variety of special educational needs.

Your role will involve delivering tailored lessons, monitoring progress, and ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities : Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for KS1 students with SEND.

Differentiate lessons to ensure that every student can fully participate and make progress.

Work closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure individual needs are met.

Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other professionals.

Track and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to maintain engagement and support.

Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing updates on student development.

What We’re Looking For : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching KS1 students, with a strong understanding of SEND.

A creative, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
