Haverfordwest Creamery

We’re currently looking for a multiskilled operative to join our Haverfordwest Creamery team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work a four-on / four-off shift pattern, working both days and nights.

This is a great opportunity for a manufacturing professional with experience in operating machinery or production processes to join our dedicated team.

The Role

As a Manufacturing Operative you will support manufacturing efforts at our Haverfordwest Creamery.

Specifically, you will focus on key equipment and plant machinery, making sure it runs smoothly and is effective. This will include managing and organising FLTs, production equipment and RCS.

Additionally, you will :

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Clean and organise production areas to the highest standards
  • Conduct testing and sampling when required
  • Complete mandatory training and follow company Standard Operating Procedures

About You

To be considered as a Manufacturing Operative you will need :

  • Experience operating and managing machinery, equipment, or production processes
  • Knowledge of food safety, quality, and health & safety procedures
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement
  • At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
