Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and project forecasts.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Provide cost advice and support to project teams.Skills & Qualifications :
• Experience in civils and groundworks projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Relevant qualification (Degree / HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar).Why Join Us :
