Senior Quantity Surveyor , you will play a key role in managing costs, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include : Cost Planning

• Delivering accurate estimates and financial forecasts.Tendering & Bill of Quantities Production
• Preparing competitive and comprehensive tender documents.Contract Documentation
• Drafting and managing contractual agreements.Valuations & Variation Reviews
• Assessing project progress and cost implications.Financial Reporting
• Providing clear, data-driven insights to clients.Contract Administration
• Overseeing compliance, risk, and contractual matters.Client Meetings
• Engaging confidently with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.Requirements : Degree in Quantity Surveying

or equivalent qualification).RICS Chartered

or working towards chartership).Proven experience

in a senior QS role within the private residential sector.Strong commercial acumen

and a proactive problem-solving mindset.Excellent communication skills
