A leading UK law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer to join its team on a 2 month interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior associate to work on high-value transactions in the renewable energy sector, within a fully remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support on complex UK and cross-border M&A transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate key corporate documents (e.g., SPAs, shareholder agreements)
- Advise on strategic matters related to joint ventures and investments in the renewables space
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to manage deal execution
