This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and thriving practice in Trafford, who offer regular CPD opportunities and a mix of exciting projects.The successful Architectural Technician will have several years of post-qualification experience, being well versed in ArchiCAD ideally, with experience working commercial projects and excellent technical detailing abilities.Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician : HND / HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or related subjectSeveral years of post-qualification experience in a UK based Architectural PracticeExperience working on commercial projects of varying scalesArchiCAD experience is advantageousExcellent technical detailing and drawingsConfident liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholdersProduce high quality, accurate tender and construction packagesAble to hit the ground running, working independentlyMotivated for continued professional developmentKeen to input to company successExcellent attentiveness to detailLive locally to Trafford Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
