About the role :
Nestled within the breathtaking area of outstanding natural beauty, our Derwent Bank country house proudly boasts 44 elegantly appointed bedrooms, providing a serene retreat for up to 66 guests embarking on guided or self-guided tour holidays. As the Maintenance Person your role will be to handle day-to-day maintenance tasks such as plumbing, painting, heating, pool plant care, carpentry, and electrics. You will team up with the Area Maintenance Manager for special projects throughout the house, showcasing your expertise in action. You will work closely with the House Gardener or contract gardener, ensuring the garden area remains picturesque, through tasks like mending fences, tending to external lights, and maintaining walls.
