About the Role :
As a Clinical Nurse Manager , you will oversee the clinical and quality standards within the home, ensuring residents receive the best possible care. Working closely with the Head of Clinical Services, you will provide leadership and guidance tothe nursing and care teams, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing clinical care standards and ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing the nursing and care teams
- Conducting assessments, audits, and care planning to enhance resident wellbeing
- Ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations
- Providing hands-on clinical support and leadership when required
