Leicester City in the Community has a fantastic opportunity for a Community Engagement Coach to join our dynamic team on a 12-month fixed term basis.
About The Role
Leicester City in the Community is seeking to recruit a Community Engagement Coach, who will deliver across our Premier League (PL) Kicks project and similar youth-based programmes. The role will require the successful applicant to lead delivery and engagement of the project and support administration and monitoring as required. This will include data inputting, project tracking, reporting and analysis of data to support the delivery of PL Kicks.
The projects will be primarily based in the city and county, delivering mentoring and sports coaching activities to young people and vulnerable adults. The successful candidate will report directly to the Premier League Kicks Coordinator. Premier League Kicks delivers diversionary and positive activities on behalf of the Premier League Charitable Fund.
The successful candidate for this role will have excellent communication and organisation skills, an ability to work on their own initiative, and be able to form strong, sustainable working relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Contract Type – 12-month Fixed Term
Hours Per Week – 37.5 hours, 5 days per week. (You may be required to work outside of normal office hours, at evenings and weekends).
Location – LCitC is based at King Power Stadium, Leicester. The delivery of sessions with take place across the city / county, and some aspects of the role will require homeworking, therefore you will need the ability to travel across multiple sites across Leicester / Leicestershire.
