About the role : As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including :

• Helping young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills..
• Supporting young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities.
• Conducting Supervisions for staff members
• Manage the home effectively in the absence of the Deputy or Manager
• Effectively lead shifts, direct and support colleagues
• Manage health and safety processes in the home including the implementation and monitoring of risk assessments
• To support the induction of colleagues into the home
