- Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet business objectives and customer demands.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the production team to optimise performance and productivity.
- Monitor and manage production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, including supply chain, quality control, and engineering, to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage budgets and control costs while maintaining high standards of output.
- Analyse production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
