Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Accounts Assistant to join a business based in Gloucester on a Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of six months, potentially nine.
Role : Accounts Assistant
Salary : £32,000 + £1000 retention bonus on completion of contact
Duration : 6 months - Potentially 9
Start date : W / c Monday 9th December
Working pattern : Full time - 3 days in the office, 2 from home
Responsibilities include :
- Raising of all invoices from daily delivery notes
- Resolving customer invoices, credits and queries
- Collaborating and resolving queries with the wider team
- Regular reconciliations - Stock, purchase ledger, sales ledger, supplier statements
- Processing all invoices and approved appropriately
- Bank postings
- Check and update monthly supplier statements
Skills / Experience needed :
