Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide outstanding support to their customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customerfocused professional who enjoys problemsolving working in a team and delivering toptier service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Accurately process customer orders payments and returns ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism aiming for firstcontact resolution.
- Maintain and update customer records ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and problem resolution.
- Ensure all customer queries are followed up in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
The candidate
Minimum of 12 months of officebased customer service experience.Strong verbal and written communication with a confident professional telephone manner.Ability to accurately log information and follow processes without errors.Works well in a collaborative environment and contributes to team success.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn new systems quickly.Ability to handle complaints and customer issues with patience empathy and efficiency.Required Experience :
