We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join a leading industrial and logistics construction company. The successful candidate will take ownership and lead the planning and successful delivery of projects valued between £20-£40 million.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the planning and successful delivery of projectsServe as the main point of contact for the client team throughout the project lifecycleOversee the planning and organization of the site to control all aspects of SHEQ, ER compliance, HSE, and CDM complianceEnsure all works are delivered on time, to the highest quality, and with a strong focus on health and safetySet a culture of collaboration and innovation, leading the team in a positive mannerProvide overall control, management, ownership, and full responsibility for the delivery of projectsMaintain good client relationships to promote repeat business and collaborationRequirements :

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably for industrial or logistics unit new buildsStrong knowledge of SHEQ, ER compliance, HSE, and CDM regulationsOutstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and engage stakeholdersDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldFamiliarity with construction regulations and standardsIf you wish to be considered for this opportunity, then please apply now with your most up to date CV
