Salary : £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

A well-established retail and coffee shop business in Norfolk is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team and deliver an outstanding shopping and dining experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail store and coffee shop.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Curate and maintain engaging merchandise displays.
  • Manage inventory levels and liaise with suppliers.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotional events.
  • Oversee social media accounts, creating engaging content to drive interest.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Understanding of tourism, gifting, and interiors industries.
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
