As a Secondary Cover Supervisor - Welsh First Language, you will be expected to work alongside a creative, forward-thinking staff to implement a unique and innovative curriculum. You must have high standards and expectations for all pupils and be able to develop a love for learning in all.The successful Secondary Cover Supervisor - Welsh First Language will have : PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be accepted.Level 3 or HLTA qualification (not a requirment but valuable).Welsh as a first language.Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.Knowledge of Curriculum for Wales framework and expectations.An understanding of planning and assessment expectations.In return for the above you can expect to receive :  A dedicated team of consultants available 24 / 7 to help you with the easy onboarding process Guaranteed Payment Scheme
