General Managers – National Opportunities

Eclectic Bar Group are thrilled with our continued performance as this allows us to extend our portfolio

With this in mind and our expansion plan full steam ahead we are looking to get Managers in situ now to ensure fluidity when new opportunities arise.

As with all successful growth, we need the right people to develop and optimise both the new and existing business’s through versatile but relevant managerial skills.

We are looking for General Managers, Deputy Managers, Sales & Marketing Managers and Trainee’s.

Ideally, we want people with a proven track record of sales growth, but essentially we want people who get a real buzz by;

• Delivering excellent customer service
• Driving standards to the point of ‘if it will do – it really won’t do’

People who have;

Dependant on the role you are interested in a knowledge of all the basic behind the scenes management responsibilities; P&L control, budgeting & forecasting, cash & banking, stock management etc. etc.
