This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and hands-on individual to ensure the smooth running of the school premises.Key Responsibilities : Overseeing the daily maintenance and safety of the school’s buildings and groundsEnsuring compliance with all health and safety regulationsConducting general DIY and maintenance tasks to keep the premises in top conditionManaging and coordinating contractors for larger maintenance projectsEnsuring the security and cleanliness of the siteKey Requirements : Proven experience in premises management or a similar roleStrong understanding of health and safety legislationPractical DIY skills and the ability to perform general repairsA proactive attitude and the ability to work independentlyExcellent organizational and communication skillsExperience in a school setting is an advantage but not essentialTo Apply : Please get in touch with your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
