Are you a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer with a passion for driving business growth through technical solutions? An innovative engineering company in Staines, Surrey, is experiencing expansion and seeks a skilled Technical Sales Engineer to strengthen its team on a permanent basis.

The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for :

Proactively reaching out to new and existing clients to identify needs and generate new orders.
Handling incoming sales inquiries.
Preparing quotes for new and existing customers.
Occasionally travelling to customer sites.
Building relationships with clients.
Working with other teams in the business such as production and warehouse.

The ideal Technical Sales Engineer will have :

Demonstrable experience in technical sales roles, showcasing a track record of driving new business and maximizing existing opportunities.

Experience generating new business along with maximizing existing business.

Exceptional communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office packages.

A background in engineering or technical sectors, preferably within electrical installations, providing a solid foundation for understanding client needs.
