Responsibilities

  • Application Upgrade and Migration
  • Configuring and working with JBOSS Application Server 7
  • Strong development background on the Java platform, Java 8+
  • Experience with development on IntelliJ / Eclipse with Runtime Debugging
  • Experience of working with version control systems e.g. Subversion, GIT and build tools like Maven
  • Experience of relational database development using SQL and JDBC
  • Good understanding of the system development life cycle, including change and configuration management.
  • Experience working with Active Directory

Experience

  • Experience of working in a regulated environment, ideally Financial Services
  • Business knowledge
  • Understanding of the PRA / FCA rules and regulations or equivalent
  • Understanding of risk and control
  • Banking knowledge

    • Skills
