Salary : Equivalent to £52k per year
Hours : Full-time, 42.5 hours
Responsibilities for the Electrician role :
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
- Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
