Job descriptionDiagnose and repair issues with customer vehicles. Plan and schedule repair procedures. Explain to customers the work recommends / completed Test functionality of vehicle parts and systems Perform vehicle service & maintenance tasks (e.g oil changes, tyre rotation) Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service. Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors and other parts. At least 2 years experience within a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic role Have a minimum of Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds Certification Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance A full UK driving licence Working knowledge and understanding of diagnostic tools
