Site Engineering Manager

With such a respected name on the market, this is a business who are looking to strengthen their engineering department in Kent. This role will focus on sustainable and proactive delivery of Engineering, whilst ensuring day to day Engineering activities are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage the team to ensure reliability and productivity of equipment.

Focus on continuous improvement, looking at asset reliability and break down root cause analysis

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant industry requirements

Lead and manage the maintenance team

Ensure the team use reliability centred maintenance approaches such as predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, root cause failure analysis, condition-based maintenance, failure modes and effects analysis

Requirements

FMCG Manufacturing experience

Management experience

Understanding of health and safety regulations

PLC Experience
