As deputy to the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the technical department and leading the engineering team, including the watchkeeping teams.
It will be your job to make sure that all engine room plant and machinery is thoroughly tested and maintained so that they're always performing well, and that all maintenance work complies with relevant regulations.
