Multiple Customer Service Advisors wanted - Temporary to Permanent position
The Best Connection are hiring Inbound Customer Service Advisors to work for our client, a housing association based in Chippenham. This is a temporary to permanent role, with the option to go permanent after a successful 12 week period.

The Role :
- Assess and resolve enquiries, requests and complaints, on the telephone, writing, and through a range of electronic channels
- Provide a comprehensive information service to customers and the public
- Maintain electronic databases of letters and forms received, information given, services requested and complaints.
- Ensure accuracy of information, consistency and efficiency when dealing with customers
- Responsible for taking customer payments, giving low level accounts advice, processing invoices and ordering repairs.
- Handle a significant volume of high level & confidential customer information
Hours and Pay :
