Providing support for learning and social and emotional development of children.Record progress and achievement in lessons and activities, to provide constructive feedback on pupil progress / achievement etc.Acting as a role model, promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils within the classroomEncourage pupils to interact and work co-operatively with othersWhat we need from youMaths and English GCSE grade A
