Area to be covered : North East, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire

Remuneration : £40,000 + £7,500 Bonus

Benefits : Company Car or Car Allowance & full benefits

The role of the Area Sales Manager

Door Entry Security Systems will involve : Field sales role predominantly selling a high quality high tech range of manufactured door entry and access control systems, but also CCTV and home automationMajority of your time selling through security distribution partners (8 main partners nationally) circa 25-30 spending account on this areaLesser amount of time selling direct into some security contractors / installersFocus on private residential projects such as larger apartment blocks, student accommodation, luxury apartments etc.Approximate 50 : 50 split between managing and expanding existing accounts and generating new businessRevenue target £500,000Typically 4 days per week on the road (9-12 appointments per week), one day working from home / administrationSupported by dedicated specification field sales team and internal sales supportDealing with order values that can range from as small as £2,000 up to £50k for a large orderUpdating the companies CRM systemThe ideal applicant will be an Area Manager
