About the Role : We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Global team, based at Head Office in Cheadle. This is a pivotal role within a small, ambitious team and offers a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of the international transport services. Working closely with the director and team, you'll be responsible for bringing on new European business and developing strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities : Identify and secure new business opportunities across Europe, with a focus on road freight, import / export, and time-critical logistics. Grow and develop existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Work directly with the leadership team to contribute to strategic planning and growth of the Global Division. Maintain and manage a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools. Deliver regular updates, forecasts, and performance metrics. Travel across the UK and Europe as needed to meet clients and build relationships.What We're Looking For : Proven experience in European Transport / Road Haulage, with solid knowledge of import / export procedures. A track record of success in B2B sales or business development roles. Ability to build rapport quickly and manage long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, results driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong commercial awareness and problem solving skills.
