Job description
Due to an increase in production demands, we are looking for ASSEMBLY & WIRING OPERATORS to join our team.
Contracts will be for an initial 6 month period with a view to extending further and ultimately leading to permanent employment.
We have the following shift patterns available :
Alternating shift pattern :
Mon - Fri 06.00 - 14.00 and 14.00 - 22.00 (37.5 hrs / wk)
The work is varied, of a light and clean nature, where attention to detail and quality of workmanship are essential.
No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
Hourly rate of pay :
Initial 24 weeks £9.77, thereafter £9.97 (PAY REVIEW FROM 1st APRIL)
- Alternating shifts attract 25% shift premium – Initial 24 weeks £12.21, thereafter £12.46.
We currently have plenty of overtime available at 1.5 x hourly rate and double time Sundays.
In return the company offers excellent conditions of employment, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays per annum, company sick pay scheme, free life assurance and pension contributions above the statutory minimum (employee 3.25%, company 4.75%).
