Our client is a leading company in the industry, committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Job Description :
The Maintenance Engineer will ensure compliance with Food safety regulations and policies, and any other statutory / site requirements laid down in the SHEQ master system. You will provide an essential engineering service to production, carrying out routine planned maintenance, reactive breakdown repair of the site's mechanical and electrical installation, and providing support to ensure the production schedule is achieved.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and FSSC22000 & IFF Policy.
- Perform planned maintenance and servicing of the mechanical and electrical installations.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks and service schedules.
- Participate in site project teams and contribute to their success.
- Provide engineering cover and call-out when required on shift to meet production requirements.
- Assist in the planning and supervision of contractors' work, including permit control.
