The Operations Business Analyst assists the organisation by providing valuable insights and analysis of all relevant data points, enabling effective decision making based on proven trends.
The role is responsible for monitoring and analysing various operational data sources (e.g. occupancy volumes, attrition levels, vacancy number), identifying risk and providing solutions for process improvement to drive overall operational efficiency.
About you
Our perfect candidate would have :
- Previous experience in an operational, analytical role, ideally within the Health and Social Care sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work on several projects at one time, at different stages.
- Adaptable and able to manage change in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
