Dhollandia’s Passenger lift division are seeking to fill the following role,

Position : UK Passenger lift Business Development Manager – National

The successful applicant must have a strong understanding of the Mobility Vehicle & Bus & Coach sector with a solid technical background and an understanding of their systems and applications.

We are looking to strengthen and grow our commercial activities within this area,

The essential duties, tasks, and responsibilities, which make up the position of Business Development Manager are,

• Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers and develop a trusted advisor relationship with them.
• Have the ability to create business proposals for new and existing opportunities and must be proficient in the use of software packages such as excel, power point and Microsoft publisher and be able to demonstrate this.
• Demonstrate strong account management and relationship building skills with clients and provide high standards of customer service on an ongoing basis.
• Exhibit confidence and foresight in soliciting for new businesses, maintaining existing business and reactivating old accounts
• Organize and arrange specified records and files in order to keep track of client requirements.
• Be in a position to give a rundown on the level of competition and general market activities and be able to give up-to-date information relating to customer activities as and when required
• Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with other members of the sales teams to ensure attainment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
