Corporate Tax Lawyer required by specialist tax law firm – this role will be 100% remote working, and you can be based anywhere in the UK. This Firm prides itself in being agile in its delivery ofplex advice in a straightforward and jargon-free language, makingmercial and pragmatic rmendations to support their clients.
Your new role
As this Firm’s Corporate Tax Lawyer, you will be working with a dedicated team of specialist tax lawyers with previous experience of working with national and international firms. You will be advising entrepreneurs and privatepanies on the whole spectrum of tax issues – this includes start-ups and new investments, buy-outs, EIS, employee incentives, profit extraction and executive remuneration; re-sale tax planning,pany sales and acquisitions, personal tax issues for shareholders; succession issues andpany reorganisations. You will also have the opportunity to provide consultancy services to other professionals, such as law firms and accountants.
What you'll need to succeed
The Firm is looking for at least 3 years post qualified experience, ideally within a National Firm. Strongmunication skills and happy to work remotely with the close support and network of a team.
