Contract Manager 300 North are supporting a Yorkshire based Passive Fire Protection client to seek Contract Managers on a permanent basis. Hybrid role covering the whole of the UK on a competitive salary with company car, fuel allowance, healthcare benefits and support on additional qualifications. As the Contract Manager, you will be : - Leading multiple contracts around the country specifically working on student accommodation and large scale healthcare projects. - Oversee the day-to-day management of the contracts, managing contractors and conducting regular contractor meetings - Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting targets and running to programme - Working closely with back office team for material, labour, subcontractor ordering and management - Working closely with in-house surveying team to ensure programmes are built and designed correctly and efficiently Experience needed : - Experience managing multiple contracts in a senior Project Manager or Contract Manager role - Technical knowledge and experience in the passive fire industry either fire doors, fire stopping or both - Experience leading a team Passive Fire Contracts Manager packages on offer : - £50,000-£60,000 - Company car - Fuel allowance - Laptop and Phone - 28 days annual leave including bank holiday - Company pension scheme - Healthcare benefits - Support on further industry related qualifications Please apply with an updated CV for a call back to discuss the role in more detail.
