De Lacy Executive LimitedHomebased, UKI am looking for a Head of Sales & qualified Agronomist or similar, with demonstrable experience operating in senior leadership to join an exciting, highly successful global business who can provide exceptional scope for you to not only grow professionally but also have a real impact on the future of the business.

In this role, you will draw upon your agricultural experience and entrepreneurial outlook to shape and drive the business forward, with responsibility for sales performance, merger and acquisitions and team growth. This business is made up of significant value accounts, you will need to be someone with a head for figures who still enjoys getting stuck in with high value key account management.
The successful person will need :
FACTS, and ideally BASIS.
A strong, technical background in agronomy, with a particular focus on crop nutrition.
Demonstrable experience in senior leadership such as UK Sales Manager / Commercial Manager / General Manager / Managing Director.
Experience in managing high value business, with a head for figures and an entrepreneurial outlook.
