Manufacturing Team Leader - FMCG
Location : Cumbernauld
Salary : 54,472 (inclusive of shift allowance)
Shift Pattern : 3 on 3 off rotational, 07 : 00-19 : 00 / 19 : 00-07 : 00
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, motivate, and coach production teams to meet output and safety targets
Drive continuous improvement and performance against KPIs
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and housekeeping
Conduct regular performance reviews and personal development plans
Support new processes and equipment implementation
Ensure all shift documentation meets compliance standards
What You'll Bring :
Proven experience in a supervisory role within an FMCG environment
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of quality and safety management systems (ISO, BRC, HACCP)
