Fantastic opportunity for a Healthcare / Court of Protection Lawyer to join this Top 100 practice based in Manchester city centre. They are seeking an experienced Solicitor at the Managing Associate level and to manage a caseload of complex matters and assist with growth of the department

Niche Commercial Practice
The role will primarily involve dealing with Court of Protection, health law advice and inquests as well as other health sector related work. The ideal candidate will have gained a minimum of 4 Years PQE and have gained experience of working with the NHS as well as having inquest advocacy experience. You will be joining a team of 9 that deal with a broad mix of healthcare team and have specialisms dealing with issues of consent and capacity as well as the interface between mental capacity and mental health law.
Salary expectations for this role will be in the £50,000 - £80,000 for a Managing Associate due to the wide ranging PQE level being considered.
