Multi - Skilled Electrical Service Engineer

The Role

• Ensure all PPMs within your skillset are up to date at all times in conjunction with Helpdesk by closing off tasks on your PDA
• Ensure all remedial work within your skillset is reacted to and carried out within the contract requirement times.
• If required, assist in ensuring all subcontractors are rigorously managed at all times whilst on site in accordance with ISS policies and procedures
• Ensure all work carried out on Hard FM tasks are carried out to required quality standards.
• General FM electrical duties, fault finding and BMS panel experience is preferred but not essential
• Fully understand the agreed Specification and Scope of Works
• Assist Site Management team to ensure contractual compliance across the service delivery by achieving client KPI’s and SLA’s.
• Resolving Hard FM contractual queries, within your field and supporting the overall Team.
• Assist in ensuring complaints and service requests for Hard FM are dealt with promptly.

About You

The role will be based in Hull Magistrates Court but will provide services to 2 other courts
