Production Team Leader

32,400 + Industry Training + Progression + Premium Overtime + Medical Plan + Long Weekend

Factory Based. Commutable from Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare, Bridgwater, Chew Magna and surrounding areas.

Shift 1 : 6am-6pm Mon-Weds, 6am-2pm Thursday (44hrs)

Shift 2 : 6pm-6am Mon-Weds (36hrs)

Within this varied role, you will be trusted to lead a team of 8 operatives within the plastic extrusion department, whilst also being hands-on setting up and tweaking machines, material testing and working to tight tolerances. Due to the excellent industry training, any candidate with Machine Operating or Mechanical experience are encouraged to apply.

The Role :

Leading a small team of operatives
Setting up, tweaking and basic maintenance of extrusion machines
Material testing
Rotating 12 hour shifts giving you a 4 or 3 day weekend

The Person :

Machine Operating experience or Mechanically-minded Engineer

Injection Moulding, PVC / Plastic extrusion experience advantageous

Lives commutable to Yatton
