We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to perform administrative and clerical tasks to support our client’s busy Department. Description

LOCATION : Yate

START DATE : ASAP

PAY : £26,

PERMANENT

WORKING HOURS : 8.30am to 5.00pm (30 minutes lunch) or 8.00am to 5.00pm (with 1 hour for lunch)

Candidate must have the ability to work diligently in a fast-moving office.

Also, must be hardworking and have good communication skills and be familiar with office equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

Inputting transport information / data
Assist in office management and organization procedures
General administrative duties
Perform other office duties as assigned.

Personal Skills / Qualifications

Experience as office administrator advantageous

Familiarity with office procedures

Working knowledge of office devices and processes

Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel

Excellent communication skills including telephones

Organisational and multi-tasking abilities

Good time keeping

To be a good team member and be able to work under own initiative

Attention to detail and be methodical
