The position is based in Workington, in a lovely, modern office. It is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Duties & responsibilities :

• Provide assistance and support to the Chief Executive, Associate Directors, and the Senior Management Team.
• Diary management, organising and maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
• Travel arrangements including booking travel & accommodation.
• Meeting support including attending board meetings, taking notes, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
• Document preparation, drafting letters, emails, reports, and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Event coordination, planning and organising events.
• Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Responsible for drafting internal communications and their effective distribution.
• Occasional travel maybe required including outside of the UK.
