Location : Woolwich, South East London Pay Rate : £25-£30 per hour Job Type : Temporary | Part-Time | Flexible HoursKey Responsibilities : Deliver high-quality, curriculum- aligned tuition in GCSE-level Maths, English or Science.Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons based on individual learning needs.Monitor progress, set goals , and provide constructive feedback.Support learners who may need additional help or have SEN requirements.Foster a supportive and motivating environment to help students gain confidence and achieve academic goals.Requirements : QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)- essential.Minimum 1 year teaching or tutoring experience at secondary level.Right to work in the UK.Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.Desired : Experience supporting students with SEN or additional learning needs.Confidence teaching Functional Skills or alternative curriculum pathways.This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who wants to take control of their schedule while continuing to make a lasting difference in students' lives.
