NeuroSupport services are currently recruiting Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants with a background of Brain Injury and Mental health experience to support services users with an acquired Brain Injury. Our service aims to support rehabilitation and in enabling people to optimise independence and quality of life.We are looking for psychology graduates,support Workers and Healthcare Assistants or suitable candidates who would be willing to support people both within their home environment and also willing to provide support in helping service users access the community. We are looking for candidates that are confident with working independently and providing empirical feedback where necessary.THIS IS A UK BASED POSITIONTO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE ,IT IS MANDATORY THAT :

- A FULL CLEAN UK DRIVERS LICENCE AND ACCESS TO A CAR YOU CAN USE FOR WORKJob Title : Support WorkerLocation : Nottingham, NG3Hourly Rate : £12.50-£14 per hour depending on experience.Driver Essential? YesStart Date / Duration : June, July & August 2025Days & Hours : 2-3 days per week : 10 : 00am - 16 : 00pm (flexibility of times possible)About you-Essential Experience : Support worker required; must have experience supporting clients with brain injuries, and be flexible with the ability to plan ahead.Must be sensitive and empathetic to clients psychological needs, and be able to follow guidance.Required activities : Our client is a 17 year old female, who has suffered a brain injury, and requires a temporary support worker, 2-3 days a week during the college summer holiday period of June, July, and August. She requires support with the following activities : - Support to go to tennis club, shopping, other potential clubs and activities.- Client likes being in the garden clearing the leaves, pressure cleaning the drive, and similar jobs.- Has recently acquired a therapy dog – so support must be comfortable with dogs.Successful Candidates will :
- Have access to full Training - including Brain Injury Awareness Training
