About our Senior Web Delivery Manager role

You will be an adaptable individual who can lead large, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects; facilitating, advocating and unblocking your team to deliver high-quality projects.

Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week out of our London or Newcastle office.

Key Responsibilities

Summary of your day-to-day?

• Lead, manage and be responsible for the global digital roadmap for your segment and ensure input and collaboration into the wider Sage.com Digital Roadmap.
• Lead project planning and progress tracking of sage.com projects across multiple markets, business functions and cross-functional teams, co-ordinating inputs and delivery ensuring the project is delivered on time in full.
• Own and oversee your teams' projects understanding timings, key milestones, resourcing and risks.
• Conduct senior executive stakeholder engagement to project sponsor level during sage.com projects, through adaptive, concise content and communication of high-level benefits and major risks.
• Lead and deliver large, complex web projects concurrently, with multi-disciplinary and globally distributed teams, demonstrating strong leadership, with a reputation of trust and senior executive support.
