Job Vacancy : Advanced Practitioner
Location : Midlands & South (Wolverhampton, Thrapston, Northampton, High Wycombe)
Contract : Permanent / Full Time
Salary : £35,000 - £40,000 + Car Allowance

A permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advanced Practitioner to drive teaching excellence in an alternative provision setting. This role is ideal for an innovative educator with leadership skills, a passion for inclusive learning, and a strong commitment to transforming student outcomes.
About You :
- Qualifications : Hold QTS / QTLS and a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
- Experience : A proven track record of engaging students, curriculum development, and working with students with SEN or disrupted education.
- Leadership : Experience leading a subject, delivering CPD, or coaching colleagues to improve professional practice.
- Behaviour Management : Strong strategies for creating a positive and structured learning environment.
- Collaboration & Communication : Ability to build relationships with students, parents, and external agencies.
- Additional Desirables : Ofsted inspection experience and familiarity with virtual learning environments.
