Building Maintenance OperativeWe are looking to recruit a Building Maintenance Operative who will be responsible to maintain the high standards within the property, including all aspects of building work such as plumbing, concreting, plaster boarding, painting, gardening, roof repairs and much more.The successful candidate should have previous experience in the role and a background in facilities would be advantageous.Essential Experience / Qualifications Experience in the building tradeFamiliarity with air conditioning and plumbingKnowledge of Health and Safety RegulationsDesirable Experience / QualificationsChemical handling qualificationsKey Skills Good communication skillsGood people skillsAble to work to deadlinesAble to multitask and prioritise workloadAble to make decisions and self-manageAble to work in a team and on own initiativeAble to function effectively across a number of interrelated departmentsSelf-motivated and willing to learnHave a can-do attitude with an enthusiastic approach to workBasic computer skillsMethodical, organised and structured approach to workExcellent attention to detailAble to work in a safe manner complying with Health and Safety LegislationAble to act in a fair and reasonable wayHigh level of commitmentFlexibility to work additional hours if required to support the facilityHours of Work40 hours per weekMonday to Friday08 : 00am - 16 : 30pm
